Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship throughout South Africa, with delivery options and time-frames as follows:

Remote area deliveries may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

No Regional Surcharges (Usually!)
While we don’t charge extra for most regions, some special delivery locations may incur additional fees. These include places like mines, farms, remote areas, game lodges, military bases, ports, consulates, and similar. If your delivery requires a special trip or falls in a surcharge area, we’ll contact you before proceeding.

Shipping Carriers
We primarily use The Courier Guy, PUDO, and RAM for reliable national deliveries.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your parcel directly via the courier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within South Africa.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
For bulk or custom orders, please contact us for special delivery arrangements.

Damages or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days at sales@jackalgear.co.za. We’ll assist with replacements or insurance claims where applicable.
