Refund and Returns Policy
At Jackal Gear Co., we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all accessories attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Note: Custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at sales@jackalgear.co.za with your order number and reason for the return.
- We’ll send you return instructions, including the return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, follow the return steps above and place a new order for the correct item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at sales@jackalgear.co.za within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos and a description of the issue—we’ll replace it or refund you as quickly as possible.
6-Month Warranty
All Jackal Gear Co. products are covered by a 6-month warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. If your item fails under normal use within this period:
- We will repair or replace the item free of charge.
- The warranty does notcover damage caused by misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.
To submit a warranty claim, contact usat sales@jackalgear.co.za with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.
